At Riya's Wardrobe, every kurti is handcrafted in small batches. We do not offer returns or refunds — instead, we make it easy to exchange your kurti for the right size or a different style within 7 days of delivery.
7-day exchange window
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. We process one free exchange per order.
What you can exchange
- Size exchange — same kurti, different size (subject to stock).
- Style exchange — different kurti of equal or higher value. For a higher-value piece, pay the difference at checkout.
- Free reverse pickup via Shiprocket on all eligible exchanges.
How to request an exchange
- Email us at hello@riyaswardrobe.in or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order ID, the kurti you'd like to exchange, and your preferred size or style with photos of the current item.
- Our team confirms stock and schedules a free reverse pickup via Shiprocket.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we ship your exchange within 2 business days.
Exchange timelines
- Pickup scheduled: within 2 business days of approval
- Reverse transit: 3–5 business days
- New kurti dispatched: within 2 business days of QC clearance
- Total exchange time: 7–10 business days from request
Non-exchangeable items
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Custom-stitched pieces
- Innerwear and blouses (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned without original tags, packaging, or in used/washed condition
Damaged or wrong item
If your kurti arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please share unboxing photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange an immediate replacement at no extra cost.
