Dispatch
All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote pin codes: 7–10 business days
Shipping charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999. Cash on Delivery incurs an additional ₹49 handling fee.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and courier link. We ship through Shiprocket-partnered couriers (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, DTDC).
